These terms apply between Lorelle OÜ, reg. code 11576631 (hereinafter the Seller), owner of the online store beautygifts.eu (hereinafter the Online Store), and the Buyer.
1. Terms of sale, prices, and payment
- All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros (€). The Seller has the right to change prices at any time.
- The payment center Montonio Finance is responsible for secure payments outside the Online Store. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer’s banking data.
- Delivery regions are Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. Goods are delivered to the Buyer through the Montonio delivery platform (Omniva, DPD, Smartpost, Unisend). Delivery time is usually 2–7 working days depending on the destination country (for seasonal goods or pre-orders, according to the time indicated on the product page).
2. 14-day right of return and complaints
- According to European Union consumer protection rules, the Buyer has the right to return goods purchased from the online store within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Important exception: As the online store sells beauty products, cosmetics with opened packaging cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.
- Returned goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused. The costs of returning goods are borne by the Buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the item does not match what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective product).

3. Privacy policy and processing of personal data
- The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the Buyer (first and last name, phone number, address, email address) only for processing the order and shipping the goods.
- The Online Store transfers the personal data necessary for logistics tasks to the transport service provider (through the Montonio system to Omniva, DPD, Smartpost, or Unisend).
- For making payments, the necessary data is transferred to the authorized processor Montonio Finance. The Online Store does not transfer the Buyer’s data to third parties for marketing purposes without the Buyer’s consent.
